The Developer Tools are a product of the Toolchain Working Group and include:

Linaro provides bugfixes and enhancements for the GNU Debugger (GDB) on the ARM and AArch64 platforms.

See WorkingGroups/ToolChain/GDB.

Linaro provides bugfixes and enhancements for the QEMU emulator, which provides system and user-level emulation and a KVM virtualization environment. Our work includes improving the experience of emulating and virtualizing ARM and AArch64 platforms with QEMU.

See WorkingGroups/ToolChain/QEMU.

Linaro provides bugfixes and enhancements for the GNU binutils which provides an assembler and linker for ARM and AArch64, as well as a number of useful tools for developers like readelf and objdump.

Binutils work is carried out in the upstream repository, so all Linaro changes should be available there.
