Weekly Team Engineering Reports

To gather activity reports, identify blockers and share updates on each team's work, the Tech Leads should collect activity reports from all their teams participants.

Engineers should edit their team meeting wiki page weekly before each meeting so activity can be discussed and a team report can be made by either the Tech Lead or their Project Manager.

The report by each individual should be sent to lianaro-dev mailing list and ideally formatted as follows:

Subject: [ACTIVITY] ${Team} status report (YYYY-MM-DD to YYYY-MM-DD)

Enclosed, please find a link to the Weekly Status report from the ${Team} for YYYY-MM-DD to YYYY-MM-DD period.

== Weekly Status Report ==

 http://wiki.linaro.org/${path to Team report}/Status/YYYY-MM-DD

== Highlights ==

 * Short bullet points of work you've done that week which convey progress and highlights which can be used to report on how the team is progressing as a whole.
 * Where possible always link to the work in-question, git commit logs, mailing list posts, wiki pages, launchpad bugs e.t.c. to allow the reader to gather more information if necessary.

== Completed Work Items ==

 * If applicable associate the highlight with Work Items (WI). For example if the highlight completes a WI, say so (and do not forget to mark the WI appropriately in Launchpad).
 * As an example:
  * https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/linux-linaro/+spec/dmaengine-improve-for-arm
  * Update ste_dma40 to comply with documentation, to be use as reference for others: DONE
  * https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/linux-linaro/+spec/mmc-async-request
  * linux 3.0 mmc async req, update after review: DONE

== Plans ==

 * Your individual plans for the coming week(s).

== Issues ==

 * Any issues you currently face that should be discussed.

It isn't needed to be extremely detailed but must form coherent and meaningful sentences, ideally with links to further information. Also, raise the things you are blocked on and issues you're facing.

Team Reports

These reports should be kept on the weekly meeting page for your team and are used to form the team weekly reports which can be found on the Linaro Status page. See also the weekly status report template.
